About Kasma Trade
Are you a manufacturer?
No. Kasma Trade is an independent B2B brokerage and trade facilitation brand working with selected suppliers and manufacturers.
Do you source directly from the manufacturer?
Yes. In most cases offers come directly from the manufacturer. In some cases supply goes through selected suppliers. The terms for each product are checked and confirmed against the buyer’s request.
Do you offer ex-factory prices?
Yes. Prices are usually based on the manufacturer’s ex-factory price. The final price depends on the product, quantity and the supply conditions of the day.
Is transport handled by you?
It depends on the destination, the product and the delivery terms. Transport options are reviewed separately for each deal.
Do you offer CIF?
Only when the route and shipping conditions make it possible. We first review the destination, product and quantity.
Can you deliver to Turkey?
Depending on the product, quantity and shipping conditions, road transport to Turkey can be reviewed.
Do you hold stock in Turkey or Istanbul?
Local stock is announced only when it is confirmed.
Can I get in touch with suppliers’ offices in other countries?
In some deals we can coordinate with supplier offices or representatives in countries such as the UAE, Turkey and India. This depends on the supplier and the type of deal.
Orders and pricing
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum is 25 tons for export and 5 tons for domestic sales. It may differ by product.
Do you provide samples?
In some cases, yes. It depends on the product and the supplier.
Do you provide COA, TDS or MSDS?
Yes, when available from the supplier. Request them on WhatsApp or Telegram.
What information do you need for a price?
The product, specification or grade, quantity, destination and the delivery terms you want.
Products
Which products do you source?
Caustic Soda, Soda Ash, Sodium Bicarbonate, Recycled Base Oil, Virgin Base Oil, Calcium Chloride and Barite. Other products can be checked depending on supply conditions.
How a deal works
How do I place an order?
Send your request first. After the supply conditions are reviewed, we share the commercial steps.
Can I visit the factory?
It can be arranged if the supplier approves and it is feasible.
Can I get the supplier’s documents and details?
We receive and verify a formal purchase request and the necessary details from the buyer. Once the buyer’s seriousness and credibility are confirmed, the documents and details the supplier can share are provided, matched to the stage of the deal. Sensitive documents are not shared at the start of contact.
How can I be sure the supplier is reliable?
Supplier information and terms are reviewed before we make an offer, and the documents that can be shared are provided to the buyer according to the stage and conditions of the deal.
Why does the price change?
Prices can move with the market, raw materials, stock, transport and supply conditions.
